Shipping around the holidays
Due to the crowds at PostNL around the holidays, it may take longer before you receive your order than you are used to from us. We ship all orders placed before 3:00 PM the same day. If you have chosen the letterbox parcel option (with track & trace), it is occasionally possible that the link indicates that your parcel has been delivered without you having received it. Your order will then be delivered, often 1 or 2 days later. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Please note: Monday 25/12, Tuesday 26/12 and Monday 1 January we are closed and no orders will be processed.

We send your order via Intrapost in a neutral bubble envelope. If you choose the Letterbox Package (€ 3.95), your shipment is traceable and will be sent through the letterbox. You will receive an email with a track & trace number as soon as your shipment has been scanned by PostNL. If you choose the regular shipping option (€ 2.95), we will ship your order without track & trace. This shipment also goes through the letterbox. Please note that a missing order cannot be traced by us. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €50 within the Netherlands.
The shipping costs for countries within and outside Europe are calculated per country and shown during the ordering process.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. We will process all orders placed after 3:00 PM the next day. We will process all orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM the following Monday. The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days. Please note: Monday 25/12, Tuesday 26/12 and Monday 1 January we are closed and no orders will be processed.

You can also pick up your order in Beadies UTRECHT .

For safety reasons, all orders are shipped in a neutral envelope. We only state our address details on the envelope. The bubble envelope ensures that the jewelry is not damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, it is covered by the warranty. You can read more information about this under Warranty and Returns.
If you order individual parts and have forgotten a specific item afterwards, there is no option to have it re-delivered. Unfortunately, it is not feasible to perform all the associated actions for a small subsequent delivery.
All prices are stated in Euro (€) including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
When you place an order with Beadies, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. Your information will only be used to contact you about your order and will not be used for promotional purposes. Your personal information will never be provided to third parties. During the ordering process we will ask you whether we can keep you informed by e-mail about new products, interesting offers or news. You can indicate whether you are interested in this or not.
