Shipping within the Netherlands
We send your order standard as a letterbox package with Track & Trace. This allows you to track your order using the link you receive by email once your shipment has been scanned by DHL. Your order will be sent in a neutral white padded envelope or white letterbox package and fits through the letterbox.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders above € 50 within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs for countries within and outside Europe are calculated per country and shown during the order process.
Delivery Time
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same day. All orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next day. All orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days.
Pick up in store
You can also pick up your order at Beadies UTRECHT.
If you place your order before 12:00 PM, your package will be ready on the same day. You will receive an email or phone call about this. If you have any questions, please contact 030-2312966.

Secure Shipping
For security reasons, all orders are shipped in a neutral envelope. We only state our address details on the envelope. The padded envelope ensures that the jewelry is not damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, this is covered by the warranty. More information can be found under Warranty and Returns.
Subsequent Delivery
If you order individual components and later forget a certain item, there is no possibility for subsequent delivery. It is unfortunately not feasible to perform all associated actions for a small subsequent delivery.
Prices
All prices are stated in Euro (€) including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Privacy policy
When you place an order with Beadies, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your data will only be used to contact you about your order and will not be used for promotional purposes. Your personal data will never be provided to third parties. During the ordering process, we will ask you if we may keep you informed of new products, interesting offers, or news via email. You can indicate whether or not you are interested in this.
