Shipping around the holidays
Due to the busy holiday season at PostNL, it may take longer than usual for you to receive your order. Order your package well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Want to track your order? Choose Letterbox Package with Track & Trace (€3.95). This shipping method currently delivers faster.
Shipments without track & trace currently take longer on average.
We'll ship your order via Intrapost in a neutral bubble envelope. If you choose Letterbox Package, your shipment is trackable and will fit through your mailbox. You'll receive an email with a track & trace number as soon as your shipment has been scanned by PostNL.
If you choose the standard shipping option (€2.95), we will ship your order without track & trace. This shipment will also fit through the letterbox. Please note that we will not be able to trace a missing order.
Please note: we are closed on Thursday 25/12, Friday 26/12 and Thursday 1 January and no orders will be processed.
Orders placed on the following days will be shipped on Monday 29/12 :

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €50 within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs for countries within and outside Europe are calculated per country and shown during the ordering process.
Delivery time
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery time is generally 1-2 business days.
Pick up in store
You can also pick up your order at Beadies UTRECHT .
Place your order before 12:00 PM and your package will be ready for collection that same day. You'll receive an email or phone call to let you know. If you have any questions, please contact us at 030-2312966.

Secure shipping
For safety reasons, all orders are shipped in a plain envelope. We only include our address information on the envelope. The bubble mailer prevents damage to the jewelry during shipping. If your order does arrive damaged, it is covered by the warranty. You can find more information about this under Warranty and Returns.
Subsequent delivery
If you order individual parts and forget a specific item later, there's no way to have it re-delivered. Unfortunately, it's not feasible to handle all the necessary steps for a small re-delivery.

All prices are stated in Euro (€) including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Privacy policy
When you place an order with Beadies, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your information will only be used to contact you about your order and will not be used for promotional purposes. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. During the ordering process, we will ask you if you would like to receive email updates about new products, interesting offers, or news. You can indicate whether or not you are interested in receiving these emails.
